Recently, with the proportion of the total building energy consumption in society occupied by increased year by year, energy conservation has inevitably become the focus of attention of the whole society. How to improve energy efficiency, energy and efficient use of waste in the lowest among all the projects in the construction industry has become an urgent problem to be solved. For building energy consumption, the cooling energy consumption dominated, therefore, to reduce energy consumption, make building energy efficiency standards to achieve key is to reduce air conditioning energy consumption, while improving the efficiency of the air conditioning system.In this paper, a practical area of Nanjing public building projects, based on the introduction of the office building’s energy consumption characteristics, make a saving design office. Considered in the design process engineering profiles and requirements of Party, to take energy-saving measures related.In introducing energy analysis and simulation software DeST PKPM on the use of the above two software annual air conditioning load of the building we were simulated analysis, comparative analysis of the energy consumption of energy-saving design after comparing results of the project the design meets energy efficiency standards. In addition, for two software to calculate the calculation results, the theoretical analysis of data errors.The object of this study is a typical public building in hot summer and cold winter area, design and energy analysis method used in this paper for a similar architectural design and energy analysis to provide a reference.
