The perfomance of diesel engine injection pump directly influences its dynamics,econmy and discharge. The injection pump test bench is essential for those diesel locomotive manufacturing and repair plants in testing and adjusting the injection pumps.Firstly, this dissertation discusses the present situation of the development of injection pumps both in Chin and abroad ,introduces the principles of various kinds of measuring systems (such as measuring cylinder method ,capacity method,volumetric method,weight and density method) and analyses the existing problems in them.Secondiy, this dissertation puts forward a solutation to the problem of big errors and inefficiency in the measuring system of present fuel injection pump test bench .Thirdly,this dissertation introduces in detail the design framework ,working principle and performance parameter of the new-type measuring system.The content of the dissertation mailiy includes :the design of measuring fuel device adopted mass mode,the collection of sensor signal, the design of D/A,A/D conversion circuit, the design of Single Chip Microcomputer Connecting circuit, the design of display circuit and program ,the analysis of experiment data ,etc.The innovative points are as follows:1. The fuel measuring device is adopted mass mode which gets rid of the errors caused by traditional modes and it is simple and accurate ,thus reducing manufacturing cost.2.
