Fuel injection pump, which is control and supply unit of diesel engine's fuel injection system, can directly affect diesel engine from these three sides: accelerate performance, fuel consuming, quality of exhaust gas. So, it's very important to improve every technical characteristic of diesel engine by way of test accurately all kinds of technical parameters of fuel injection pump. Embedded technology has been the focal point of research. The embedded technology based on ARM has become a spot light of current embedded field. The 32-bit embedded RISC microprocessors provided by ARM having high performance together with low power consumption and system cost, is used wider and wider. uCLinux is derived from Linux and inherits lots of virtues of Linux such as open source, it has special implements in the case of not having MMU and supports wide range processors and many kinds of drivers.Based on anatomizing the control system configuration all-around and giving some parameters of system which would be tested and controlled, this paper had designed control system of fuel injection pump bench. And control system of fuel injection pump bench is made up of two modules: one is control and data collection system designed by 80C196KB microcontroller and the other is upper monitor and manager system based on S3C44B0X technology. Lower computer receives upper computer's instruction through RS232 UART and administers control of asynchronous motor speed, fuel temperature control, counts of fuel injection, advance angle monitor and fuel pressure display. Upper computer is supervisor of all test bench system, which can send given operation order. And at the same time, it can display, collect and memory experimentation data. The system has friendly Chinese monitor interface and can progress simple data supervise.In this paper, operation system uCLinux's characteristic and transplant course is expatiated in detail. And embedded GUI: MiniGUI, which is upper computer's interface design and running environment, is also analysed all-round. Transplant process and interface program method are provided in chapter four. In end of this paper, we design fuzzy control arithmetic to control the fuel injection pump by optimized way. And three primary parts of fuzzy controller, which are interface of acutance data fuzzed, fuzzy control rules and arithmetic and interface of fuzzy data been legible. Test approved that technology in this paper of control system of fuel injection pump bench had been correct and reasonable. In conclusion, it will have a wide market when the reliable and practical control system will have been applied with fuel injection pump bench.
