| The development of motion control technology developing with manufacturing automation is the key technology for the promotion of a new industrial revolution. Motion control system is mainly used for the management of the location and speed of the mechanical-transmission equipment, making the moving parts complete the actions in accordance with the desired parameters of the movement.Summed up several motion control systems, a solution of embedded motion control for 2D step-motor motion is put forward. And have done some experiment on laser machine. Experiment shows the system design feasible to achieve laser processing system requirements. With a very high market value and prospects, the system can be applied to most modern CNC machine.The completed work mainly includes five aspects as follow:1. The overall design of motion control system, including the operation mode of the system, 2D movement step-motor control, data transmission and storage structure etc.2. DSP and FPGA hardware design, including the device selection and circuit design.3. The transplant ofμC/OS-II in DSP system, the driver for peripheral based on the operation system and also the application software including parallel communications, Nand-Flash memory, LCD&keyboard control and motion control management.4. The 2D vector movement control based on FPGA, including the speed generation algorithms (DDS), acceleration&deceleration control, and interpolation algorithms in straight move.5. The UART control module in FPGA providing support for the DSP control including LCD and keyboard control. |
