| Because of the simple using and the good performance, PMSM played an important part of the AC servo control system. By the development of the related principle, the performance of the AC machines have been highly improved. The DC servo system has been replaced by AC servo system step by step.In order to achieve the high performance requirements of the AC servo control system, the vector control theory was applied, In this system the NIOS II embedded processor of the ALTERA company has been applied as the control center and utilized IPM of Mitsubishi as apparatus of the inverter as well as the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation as the control algorithm. The FPGA-based PMSM vector control system platform was designed in this paper.First this paper proposed the mathematical model of PMSM servo system, explained PMSM vector control on the principle, and analyzed the magnetic field oriented vector control of the working principle and the control methods. The principle has been simulated by MATLAB.Secondly this paper proposed hardware and software solutions of the Digital PMSM AC servo system based on NIOSII embedded processor. Hardware includes the design of the user defined peripheral and the design of the related circuit. Software introduced vector control system design procedure, including the main program and subprogram such as a break in service.Finally the experimental results substantiate that the hardware platform and the associated software design can supply good servo control capability, indicating the servo control system Can greatly meet the required performance of servo control. |
