Research Of Green Office Building Assessment And Disign

In recent years, global sustainable development has become the common aim in every country's economy development strategy. In architecture field, green building is the positive response and effort to this ideology. The design of office building has also applied the idea without exception. In order to standardize green office architecture, many countries issued localized assessment systems for green architecture. These systems, each has its strong point, and put forward standards from many aspects.In the process of designing green building, architects are often puzzled with how to satisfy the various standards demanded in evaluation. Because of incomprehension of the evaluation course and method, many projects can't reach a high level.This paper is focused on the evaluation and design of green building. In the first, the author introduced some representative assessment systems for green building from several countries. The reader can be clear about assessment course and method through analyzing valid score of examples. In the second, put forward some special standards of evaluation in our country. In the third, summarize techniques in corresponding designing phases of green building. Thus, architects can choose feasible technique and passive designing method. They can use more appropriate techniques and less cost to high light the green office building in China. In the last part of this paper, we offered a successful case of green office building and analyze its good designing methods mentioned in this paper.
