The Research Of The Way Out Of The Actualizing Predicament Of Domestic Comprehensive Urban Design

Although the quantity and connotations of the comprehensive urban design items are expanding continuously along with our country attaching importance to city's figure,the effect of actualization is still unconspicuous .This research is about the process of the comprehensive urban design planning and actualizing with the cut-in of its actualizing predicament.Based on the related theories and both domestic and international successful experience, the research bring forward two actualization strategies from comprehensive urban design production planning and management ,and make sure that the srategies are adapt to the situation of our country. Thereinto, the planning strategy focuses on three areas in order to fetch up the deficiency in production design: adopting the scientific design principles and techniques,constructing the regional structure of urban scenes types and enhancing maneuverability of the design production. Also, the management strategy suggests to establish the system that ensure the actualization of comprehensive urban design, and the discussion of the system bring forward the concrete plans from three areas: statute system,organization and institution,participation mechanism. The last part of the dissertation is an example study——cityscape planning in Huangdao District, Qingdao. And expect that it could provide helpful experience for the cityscape planning in the future.
