Integrated flight/propulsion control (IFPC) is the control technique considering aerocraft and propulsion system synthetically. It is the development trend of future advanced plane and engine control technology. This article carries out route optimization of UAV around IFPC with emphasis, cooperating with UAV design need.The article first builds UAV's flight dynamics model , movement of plane being abstract for 12 steps differential equation that rigid body take exercises with 6 degree of freedom. And then gas flow equation , heating power equation is established before backward one by one according to engine component order. Finally, according to the common working conditions of engine, a non-linear model of biaxial turbojet engine is accomplished.The focus of the article is to use genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize the UAV's flight path based on the previous model of UAV and turbojet engine with the thought of IFPC,which is simulated.In the past,cruising speed and altitude of UAV is invariant. Now, choosing suitable cruising height and pace and controling the oil consumption rate through route optimization based on IFPC , the farthest voyage may be guaranteed. The simulation results show that the optimization process has a reference value.
