Research On Basic Strategy Of Building Good Neighbourhood In Chinese Urban Nowadays

At one time, urban neighbor was the major place where the resident of our country live and exchange, also the important carrier of urban city elementary social relation. But now, the cold neighbor relation in city seems meaning the city neighbor been losing binding and the powerful influence on resident! Now the cold neighbor relation in city arouses society's extensive solicitude, but people have made different understanding and attitude to it. Summing up by and large, there are two trends mainly: worried about and ignored, knowing and thinking it slightly , we can find out fairly easily that the resident who worry about the cold neighbor relation mostly because of comparing now city neighbors relation with traditional neighbors relation , namely measuring now city neighbors relation with the expression of traditional city neighbors relation to produce worry about now cold city neighbor relation. While the resident who express ignore attitude to cold neighbor relation mostly belong cold city neighbors m to the development of society and think that this is the inevitable result of social development, so consider there is no necessity to give solicitude and action. Reviewing the expression of cold city neighbors relation now and the two major trends that people express, I think the core of problem is " now city neighbors whether already died or dying out, "worry" group is pessimistic and "ignore" group is positive and optimistic. Therefore, how to treat the change of present neighbors reasoningly and how to guide and meet city neighbors developing under the knowledge foundation is helpful to form or build present harmonious city neighbors, around these problems, I spread out related research in this paper.First, after synthetically analysed the neighbors meaning, I try to make clear city neighbors intension and feature - city neighbors is a unity of materialness and the sociality, space and relation, is the basic unit of community. Under this foundation, through reaching for the analysis of city neighbors evolution I educe that city neighbors relation is weakening certainty following social development, but at the same time this kind of weak mostly because of comparing neighbor relation with the amount of human relations, thus weakened result will not inevitably arouse city neighbors to die out.Then, under the foundation on investigating and analysis about neighbor relation, I determine that now the city neighbor relation of our country has weak situation really , so giving the present conclusion on "following society development, city neighbor relation will weaken certainly". But after objective analyzing this represent of weakening , I conclude that city neighbor relation weak is unreasonably increased and exaggerated , so point out that now city neighbors weak not complete reflection on the rule, and after analysing and research further, I affirmed that now neighbor consequentially continue and develop ,and analyses the realistic meaning to build harmonious neighbor. By this, I negate inference that city neighbor will die out following social development. Therefore ,we must rationally treat neighbor relation weakening: we must realize the weakening tendency of neighbor development as well as see the inevitability that neighbor will continue to exist following the social development; We can not restrain and treat present neighbor with traditional neighbor standard as well as not only consider neighbor weakening with developing of society , so avoid to produce two negative attitudes :the pessimistic and ignored.Finally, basing on analysing the limitation of existent way of founding harmonious neighbors in city and summarizing the feature of city neighbor developing and neighbor core, I put forward the basic strategy of building city harmonious neighbor at present, namely insisting the guiding ideology overall situation , implementing two routes "suit" and "guide",insist four basic knowledges: determining reasonable city neighbor scale,guiding the same quality of neighbors resident to form , clearing what can do and what can not do,promoting neighbor resident to intercourse mutually. with a guiding ideology and two routes and four basic knowledges as total guiding ideology, I put forward four basic principles to follow while building harmonious neighbor in our country, then with four principles as frame and combining the related theory such as theory of human nature and theory of human relations , I try to perfect and put forward the means and series methods such as legislation and morals building, education, management and planning ,basing on these ,to build harmonious neighbor relation of city in our country .
