As China's urban population continues to soar,as well as to promote the proc ess of urbanization,more and more urban residential density,high-rise residential buildings in the utilization of land for its high adaptability,and gradually becom e the main form of living of the population of cities.Compared with the traditi onal form of indifference among residents living high-rise residential buildings,la ck of communication,lack of a sense of belonging and other common home,an d with it produced a lot of social problems.To inspect high-rise residential neig hborhood space,and reasonable living conditions for high-rise residential space d esign,promote the occurrence of effective neighborhood communication behavior of urban residents live life and development mode of foreign residence residentia l areas and provide some value useful reference.This study focused on the high-rise residential building space neighborhood del etion reasons discussed how to guide behavior occurs Neighborhood Association through design techniques,so that the loss of neighborhood life,to return to our modern high-rise residential building.Specific research strategy is a combination of field research through literature study data were derived typology study,facto rs affecting neighborhood sociability in space and communicative behavior does not make sense to classify,compare their different spatial types,drawing on diff erent interdisciplinary theoretical results,the knowledge into this study in order t o deepen the study of different perspectives.The paper is divided into four parts,six chapters.The first part(Chapter I)Introduction section.This paper introduces the resear ch background,significance,literature review methods and research framework.The second part,the analysis section(II,III and IV).The second chapter Cha nge of neighborhood sociability space a brief exposition,the last neighborhood a ssociation neighborhood sociability space and modern high space features;then a nalyzes the existence of modern rise residential neighborhood intercourse space p roblem,we concluded the future rise residential development trend.The third cha pter of tall Neighborhood Association deletion analysis of the reasons,from chan ging lifestyles of modern residential design specifications and to a market econo my affected residents then economic and cultural factors.Chapter IV of the exist ing high-rise residential neighborhood is room for further analysis,hierarchical di vision of neighborhood sociability in space and,finally,there are high-rise reside ntial public space could not form an effective interaction of reasons.The third part(Chapter V)design strategy section.Reconstruction of neighborh ood sociability in space from a design point of view,respectively,starting from the open space,the reconstruction space transportation,space and other specific boundary activation space policy;then cites three failed to promote exchanges of high-rise residential case occurred last public space community management Dis cussion policy.Section IV summarizes(Chapter VI),the thesis can be summarized on the foll ow-up to this study given prospect.At present,most of the research is to explore the study of high-rise residential buildings,mainly in the construction and building technology updates feature,fa cade,layout design and other aspects.This paper is based on research space in t he neighborhood start to study reasons for the loss of existing residential interior public space,made in meeting the needs of modern households psychological a nd spiritual needs of the premise,how to reconstruct the neighborhood paid the space in high-rise residential building.Thus creating a high-rise residential enviro nment has significance.
