The Exploration Of Hilly Dwelling House Design In Chengde Area

Cheng De city has a great development in society and economy these years, meanwhile, the culture idea and the life style of this city had been renewed consequently, as a result, people in this city are eager to enhance the quality of their life, the population increase speed and population size have also reached the maximum value in history. The area of Cheng De city restricted by the peculiar landform which is circled by mountains all around is only 17.5 square kilometers, substricts the mountain villa avoiding summer heat and river area, the available area controls only 5square kilometers. To solve the growing demand on dwelling house of local residents and relieve strained land for construction state, this thesis analyses and studys on the natural conditions that hill fields counts for 80% of area of Cheng De city how to make use of the dwelling house by the city and town dwell set off from the architecture angle, it also brings forward a scheme to reveal the regionaltical character of Cheng De city in the construction of hill dwelling house.The thesis sums up fundamental method and concept that hill fields dwelling house design at present age, draws lessons on characters of Chinese traditional hill fields dwelling house and design procedures, analyses prioritically the social factors and natural factors such as the local natural environment, the climate, the peculiar fields on a hill landform, the general configuration of the earth`s surface, the city history and culture which affect the hill fields dwelling house design, it also concludes the exploration on the hill fields dwelling house grounded connection method, adapting to Cheng De city geological condition, the regionality shows on landscape of hill fields dwelling house form of Cheng De, and the technolical matters coming though the hill fields dwelling house designs, such as the traffic organization, the filling cubage of excavation problems, the parapet designs. In this article, we also analyse the city planning and list some of the typical cases about hill fields dwelling houses, we introduce the new countryside planning program in Shanghe, Cheng De which was designed by myself to verify the front conclusion. The thesis has gained plenty of enlightenment by the research on hill fields dwelling house in Cheng De area, and it can provide valuabe experience to the latecomers.
