Design Of Wireless Network System Of Smart House Based On ZigBee Technology

Smart Home is the future trend of development, it brings people a safe, comfortable and convenient living environment, and user at any time and anywhere can control the devices and get some information of their own home remotely. In the smart home system, the wireless network technology used in the home network has become unstoppable trend. This is not only because wireless networks can provide greater flexibility and mobility, less cost and effort on the integrated wiring, but also because it is consistent with the communications features of a home network. Through a comprehensive analysis and research on the domestic and abroad Smart Home systems, this paper presents a latest control method of embedded control home network based on ZigBee technology, and an in-depth study on internal wireless network to achieve the Smart Home wireless network system is made.The paper is discussed according to the following sections:First of all, the structure of a Smart Home system and the function of the controlling system are analyzed. This system is based on domestic and international background of the Smart Home. After comparing with the disadvantages and limitation of the traditional Smart Home systems ,a wireless Smart Home system based on the short-ranged wireless networking technologies is put forward.Secondly, through the analysis and comparing of the several related wireless technology standards, the low-rate wireless personal network specification ZigBee,based on the IEEE802.15.4 specification's the best standard suitable for a low-rate wireless home control system. Furthermore,the paper expatiates the specification.Thirdly, this paper described the overall design and detailed design of Smart Home from the perspective of systems and applications. Then a demonstration Smart Home system based on ZigBee technology is designed, in which includes the hardware and software designs of ARM9 main controller and some nodes such as temperature and humidity sensors, lighting control switch node to realize the purposes of remote monitoring.Finally, the Smart Home control system is put in a joint debugging and the function of the system is analyzed. Then it gives the results of the system debugging and achieves the expected goals.
