| Vane pump is widely used in the various fields of National Economy. The improvement in vane pumps' research and design has great effect on the development of National Economy and the energy saving. Vane pump, one of the important working components in the modern hydraulic system, supplies the powerful oil to the working system by converting mechanical energy to hydraulic energy. Sequentially, the powerful oil drives the transmitting equipment, rising pressure equipment, etc. In the field of the hydraulic transmission, vane pump is the pioneer hydraulic power element in the development history of hydraulic technique. Vane pump, having the performance of low noise, long life, small ripple and favorable self-priming, is superior to other pumps. However, the manufacture of vane pump's stator and rotor is a very complex and expensive process. And the maintenance of vane pump is not convenient. Furthermore, the small ripple still exists.On account of the facts mentioned above, to reduce the costs of production and facilitate the maintenance, this paper researches on the double-action vane pump. The main researches and results are as follows:1,to briefly summarize the types of vane pump, and to state the fundamental of vane pumps' design.2,to improve the pump frame, and to design the rotor curve and the whole frame.3,to test the feature of the improved pump--the flux and the pressure at differenttemperatures, using the temperature sensor, the flow sensor and the pressure sensor.4,to analyse the experimental data and obtain the conclusion, which maybe the references tothe future research and design.The author designs a new vane pump by improving the existing pumps. The improved pump's stator is rotundity, and the rotor is curvilinear. It has the performance of simple frame, low cost, smaller output ripple, longer life, rapid replacement of pump core, convenient maintenance, etc. At present, there is on research on the blade fixed on the stator. This design will be the first of its kinds in China. |
