| For the issue of where and when to build a relay-pump station in a hot water medium urban heating pipe-net systems in consideration to reduction of project investment and economy of operation expenses, with both a new project or a rebuilt one, this paper carries an analysis and optimization study of locations of relay-pump stations in big-scale long-distance hot water medium urban heating pipe-net systems. Based on data analysis and comparison of actual urban heating projects, through analysis of hydraulic status of pipe-nets and energy consumption of systems, the author sets up a mathematical model between the parameters of water convey energy consumption and locations of relay-pump stations, two mathematical formulae are also deduced which are the formula for optimized location determination of relay-pump stations in a heating system, and the formula for lifting water head calculation of the relay-pump stations.The correctness and accuracy of the study conclusions of the paper have been checked and proves to be good by actual heating project examples, which means that the conclusions of the paper has good instructive and reference values in project designs of big-scale long-distance hot water medium urban heating pipe-net systems, both a new project or a rebuilt one. |
