Furniture design has close relationship with social background and indoor environment. The fall and down of the furniture project has direct relationship with material condition. With the development of the technology, especially in indoor design, furniture has become from a simple article to a information carrier or a kind of culture patten, which has already become an important component of the indoor environment. Thus the most important part of using indoor enviroent is furniture and portfolio.In the paper, starting from space and using system design pricinple, we talk about the relationship between furniture and space. Emphasizing the aggregation of furniture and space, we put forward the theoty of furniture design based on space. In a word, we use space to develop the beauty of space in furniture design.Starting to product design, especially in environment which is much concerning in furniture design, we propose a new design idea of adaptitud multiattribute furniture based on space design, which demonstrate the importance of composited functional concept or adaptitud functional concept and the influence of them to indoor space.By analyzing, we linked furniture with indoor together. We work out the relationship between furniture design and indoor space design with researching furniture design from the shape and style, color and texture, and other aspects. Using rational concept of sustainable design to guide modeling design of furniture products, using multiattrbute design method to convert static furniture to adaptitude which will increase the functionalty, flexibility and repeated use performance we can do better to join the furniture into the the surrounding space and the environment.
