Waterway Regulation is to regulate riverbank and adjust flow in order to reach depth of channel by engineering. Spur dike, submerged dike and dredged channel are most extensive. They bring changes of local flow structure. The complex flow result in the local scouring and silting and bring new evolution. The computational study on the hydrodynamic and bed morphologic response of waterway regulation engineering at estuarine is sporadic. So, the study on it has great realistic meaning.Based on the present research, this thesis summarize development and research status of mathematical models. A 3-d mathematical model is established in order to study the hydrodynamic response of waterway regulation engineering. The local water level change, flow pattern and velocity variation in the space domain are analyzed by the mathematical simulations of the engineering of Spur dike, submerged breakwater and dredged channel.Double-equation turbulence model is chosen in flow and sediment mathematical model, the Problems of turbulence closure, sediment settlement and incipient motion, gradation of sediment carrying capacity are discussed. The river bed deformation after the constructed the Spur dike and the development of bed morphology are simulated. The bedload transport motion after dredged channel is simulated. The fracture morphology and change law of the bedload transport motion in dredged channel are analyzed. Meanwhile, the morphology under the condition of flow direction paralleled to the dredged channel is simulated by a total sediment transport model. The model is applied to the Shuang-Jian-Sha regulation project on Fu-Jiang-Sha channel in Yangtze River. The related problems of gradation and formula of sediment carrying capacity are discussed. The local water level change, flow pattern and velocity variation after the constructed are analyzed at spring tide in summer, then the change of scouring and silting is calculated and analyzed in a hydrological year.
