The Research Of Architectural Design Of Contemporary City Administrative Center

The administrative center is one of the most important types in office buildings. For different region, cultural, political, history and some other reason, administrative buildings present different form and feature. In China, the administrative center design and construction is concerned by the policy-makers, experts and scholars and the general public. In contemporary China, along with economic development, the government continuation in the reform process, the transformation of government functions and the increasing public awareness of democracy, new architectural definition of administrative building is necessary.With a study of history of both foreign and domestic administrative buildings and an analysis of the development and construction of administrative buildings in China, problems were pointed. The paper defined the designing of administrative buildings from macro perspective. And the paper turned into discussion of solving problem.Chapter 3 and 4—methodology is the main part of this paper. In this Chapter the organization, architectural form and office space of contemporary administrative center was systematically studied. The main theme discussed about regionally design of administrative building, based on theory of urban planning, typology, psychology, management, aesthetic, sociology, behavioral science and other related subjects. Through field research, data collection and scientific analysis, main clue is figured out, which could be guidance for current administrative architecture design."Things belonging to nation also belong to the world". We look forward to a developing of administrative architecture belonging to China. So that this dissertation could be a reference for future administrative building design in China.
