New village of Social Democracy Construction is the important strategy decision that the government put forward , speeding new village construction is the urgent request that resolve three problem of farming and sets up a harmonious society . It directly relates to the modern agriculture development and the village economy prosperity in lately period , also relates to the improvement about farmer's produce and liveing condition . To study the "new" of New village of Social Democracy Construction, the key lies in circulation of resources , lies in the use of the biggest effect in limited land resources . To realize the town turn of the industry and population integration that construct a main mode of concentrated type village ,to establish a society of resources economy , environment friendly .
