Bending Element Analysis For Crumb Rubber Reinforced Concrete Superposed Beam

Crumb Rubber Concrete is also called Elastic Concrete , It is a kind of green and new pattern structure material. The research for it is just in the first step. There is not any research on whether the Crumb Rubber Concrete can be used in the superposed beam's configuration. this paper makes the first step on the possibility research of introducing the Crumb Rubber Concrete superposed beam with reinforced bars in to structure engineeringThis paper established a finite element model to help studying the beams bend bearing performance. Borrowing ideas from some experiment results, non-linearity finite element analysis was worked out to find reinforced concrete superposed beams made with CRC and controlled concrete's limit bearing capacity, beams fracture developing and its deflection. Some conclusions were compared with theoretical formula results.Based on a series of material experiments and the existing finite element results,applying on the method of interpolation, this paper compute the best height of superposed beams'Crumb Rubber Concrete layers and also discuss the its superiorityThe theory research is based on a series of material experiments and some existing literature results of Crumb Rubber Concrete which the proportion of Crumb Rubber is from 5% to 15%, Applying on the base theory , non-linearity finite element analysis was worked out to find crumb rubber reinforced concrete superposed beams made with CRC and controlled concrete's limit bearing capacity and compare the differences of the bearing capacity and the capacity of resist on craze. At the same time, We push over and analyse the bending performance of the Crumb Rubber Concrete superposed beam. the conclusion we have got is the Crumb Rubber Concrete superposed beam can used in structure engineering and it must be bring us several of economy benefits.
