The composite beam which is composed of steel beam, reinforced concrete and shear connector is a kind of economical and reasonable supporting member. The crumb rubber concrete possessing the characteristics of well wear resistance ,high on-board load resistance, no wrapping transformation, strong crack resistance, excellent imperme ability ,etc. and it possesses significant energy dissipation function. Based on the above-mentioned advantages, the composite of crumb rubber concrete and steel beam can be used as bridge deck with good performance and effectively solve the problem of longitudinal crackings in alar plates of the composite beam. So far, the research of composite beam and shear connector at home and abroad is concentrated on experimental aspect, lacking systematic theoretical analysis. Study on the composite of crumb rubber concrete and steel beam with refined finite element numerical analysis is even rare.Numerical simulation is used as the main method in this paper. ANSYS, a finite element analysis software ,is used to establish reasonable models and carry on double non-linearity finite element analysis of four kinds of concrete with different proportion of crumb rubber.( Crumb rubber concrete which the proportion of crumb rubber is from 0,5%,10% and 15%).Then put static analysis models into MSC. Fatigue, a fatigue analysis software, to analysis its fatigue behavior and the influence of initial imperfection, upper stress limit and stress amplitude on fatigue life of the shear connectors.The research shows that the composite of crumb rubber concrete and steel beam is markedly better than common concrete and steel composite beam in crack resistance, ductility under destruction, energy absorbing ability and anti-fatigue performance. As initial imperfection and stress amplitude have great influence on fatigue life of the shear connectors, the welding quality should be ensured to reduce the influence of initial imperfection .When loading on composite beam, the upper limit of control stress must be less than 70% of the stud ultimate shear strength and the stress amplitude should be controlled within 20% of the ultimate shear strength.
