With the improvement and reformation of system of Chinese railway, the rail transportation is developing into huge capacity, high speed, high-density while the system of maintenance of rail equipment has undergone a transformation. As the sixth raising speed of railroad in our country ,the traditional system of maintenance by interval of train has been eliminated by the shortened intervals of train tracing.In this situation, how use the maintenance skylight more effectively and solve the problem of management of the maintenance skylight have come to more attention. By reefing to the domestic and overseas study results ,through investigation on the spot, dissertation deeply studied the time and mode of Maintenance-skylight by using both of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of Systems Engineering theory, Operational Research, the theory of rail traveling organize.The contributions of this dissertation mainly summarized as following.1,The dissertation summarized the sort of Maintenance-skylight according to the purpose , the department, the style, and analyzed the characteristic and the adaptability of Maintenance-skylight.2,The reasonable extent of time of Maintenance-skylight was discussed aiming at maintenance and construction by use of Analogy and Mathematical Modeling. It was ascertained that is the optimum period of time of Maintenance-skylight from which interference to passenger train is the best trivial one by Stimulant Drawing Railway Train Diagrams.3,the dissertation deeply studied the interaction effect that organization of train operation, safety management, construction brings by use of Analogy, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to establish an evaluation index system for Maintenance-skylight scheme and put forward the Analytic Hierarchy Process based on uncertain number to study on selection of Maintenance-skylight scheme. 4,Analyzing the possibly fit skylight scheme according to the characteristics for transportation organization of Zheng-Xi passenger line, ascertaining candidates. After establishing the judgment matrixes for every scheme through investigation on the spot and mathematical calculation, the dissertation selected the optimum skylight scheme by the Analytic Hierarchy Process based on uncertain number. |
