Study On Quality Management Of The Truck Speed Transformation In The Vehicle Depot In The West Of URUMCHI

With the speeding up of the national economic institutional reform, the railway begins to implement the strategies of the speed increase, overloading in order to meet the fast-developing demand of national economic construction. In order to meet the demand of the sixth railway's speeding up; Ministry of Railways has made the decision that the existing trucks raises speed 120km/h. Its complexity of reform, the height of the scientific and technological content, the harshness of the quality requirement is all unprecedented to Vehicle depot. According to the research method of the modern Production and Operation's management theory, this thesis has analysis such production factors as the personnel, supplies, equipment, fund, information, technology which involved in the production processes in the Vehicle depot term by term. Through carrying on serious analysis through the existing production operation and administrative system in the Vehicle depot, it raises that ISO9000 standard should be implemented in the whole course of the transformation project from the beginning to the complement of qualified product.The first part is the introduction, it starts with the speed transformation's current situation of our nation's truck .analyzes the serious lag of the speed transformation's current situation of our nation's truck, points out the necessity of subject research, and the focal point of the thesis.The second part is the theoretical foundation, it has discussed the basic conception of the Comprehensive quality control, some main theory views, and the relationship between theoretical system of the Comprehensive quality control and ISO9000 system and has pointedout the method that this thesis adopts.The third part mainly analyses the meaning, the necessity and adaptability of the Comprehensive quality management's rigorously enforce in Vehicle depot.The fourth part is the key part of the whole thesis, aiming at several typical questions in the course on of the speed transformation, this thesis utilizes the theory of the Comprehensive quality management to analyze research and seek a feasible solution. For example, the resource control, the strict control of production process, the reject's control and prevention in Vehicle depot, etc., every part is described according to the characteristics of truck transformation and ensure the Feasibility of Implementation.This text draws lessons from forefathers' research results, discusses the high-efficient implementation and optimization of the Comprehensive quality management in the truck transform through combining the speed transformation with the theory of Comprehensivequality management.
