With the development of modern electro-acoustics technology and the demand of society, the sound quality control has become one of the important hot-spot research subjects in the field of electro-acoustics.On the basis of the room acoustical basic principle, the principle and realizing method of the acoustical quality control in the multifunctional audition room are discussed. Combining computer software simulation and locale measurement, the main parameters which influence the acoustical quality are researched and explored. After acquiring the best parameters, the author designs and finishes the subjective evaluating experiment of the acoustical quality control in the multifunctional audition room.The method which is adopted to study and explore the best parameters of audition room in this thesis is as follows. On the platform of the architectural acoustics software ODEON, the three-dimensional digital models of the audition room are completed. In the models, the details of key structure which effect the acoustical quality is expressed accurately in virtual space. After the simulation and computation of the models, the best controlling parameters are acquired, such as reverberation time(RT), definition(D50), early lateral energy fraction(LF80) and so on.The above key parameters of acoustical quality are measured under several states on the spot by using the PULSE data acquisition and analysis system. The result indicates that the best acoustical quality controlling parameters acquired by simulating are exact and effective compared with the simulating result.In the end, the objective speech intelligibility experiment is carried out in the multifunctional audition room. In the experiment, the randomly-generated pronunciation sample program based on MATLAB is designed and the representative conners in our country are organized firstly, then speech intelligibility is studied under the patterns of Mandarin and dialect. It comes to an conclusion that the acoustical quality is good and high accuracy in the audition room.In summary, the multifunctional audition room has excellent acoustical quality by using the best controlling parameters acquired in the thesis. Many kinds of acoustical testing experiments can be carried out in it. At the same time, it also can satisfy the demands of acoustical surrounding in multifunctional auditorium.
