The Research About The Form Language Of Renovation And Reuse Of Old Building & The Application Of Correlation Technique

The economy in our country is kept in a fast growth period since the middle and later of twenty century. Although the city configuration and visualization change quickly with the fast and deep development of the regeneration of city, the view"the new is better than the old"still exist in people's mind. That lead to a great of dismantlement of the old building, and the construction of city is also in a state of"great dismantling and great building"holistic.In fact, we can not only keep down the continuity of building culture by renovating and reusing the old building properly but also can dig out the peculiar evaluation of old building in modern time, and create the local color building and city environment. But it is a pity that the renovation and reuse of the old building is still stay in the surface of practice, it is still lack of systemic research on the theory of renovation design and the way of technique application in this field.In this article, by analyzing the excellent theories and succeed instances abroad about the renovation and reuse of the old building, the author main discusses the restrict factors and design mode about space reform and outer form rebuild of the old building.
