| With the fast development of the packing print industry, fully-auto flat planished die cutting machine 's working efficiency and machining precision have been attached more and more importance as main equipment in the machining after print industry . This thesis bases on the die cutting machine from Tianjing Changrong Printing Machinery Co. ltd .It makes a detailed analysis of the whole scrape-clearing and offers the relative improving suggestions to ameliorate the whole efficiency and to discover a way for similar research.The thesis calculates, analyzes and then offer ameliorating ways to the main power and executing power of scrape-clearing machine. It comes down to the following aspects.1).Make integrated analysis of the cam's curving function. According to the Language's Whole Dynamics Formula, look for the important points of mechanical amelioration; Then use quintic multinomial function to rehandle the curves of the cam which can make the curve transition smooth .2).Analyze the length and cooperation among scrape-clearer's four poles organization. Analyze definitely the length error of each pole in the four poles organization and motion vice clearence's effects on machine's displacement error, which elicits that narrow tolerance strip should be used in the process of assembly.3). Analyze the stability of machining material itself. Analyze mostly the effects of the die cutting's teeth movement's stability on scrape-clearing's precision and offer to make a correct design and method of the processing curve on chain machine and groove cam.4).Improve the move restrictions of scrape-clearing's frame and the processing arts and crafts of scrape-clearer's printing plate. Use Matlab software to calculate and draw the data. By comparing and analyzing the data, it proves that the improved cam, four-poles machine and processing material have better stability than before, which can guarantee the scrape-clearer's high speed running and high degree of accuracy.
