| Metal rubber is a kind of porous structure with uniform density and elasticity like rubber, which is obtained by using special processes, and its raw material is metal wires with different diameters. As it has not only good performance of original metal, but good elasticity like rubber. It is used as the elements of anti-vibration, filtering, sealing, heat transmission in high temperature, high pressure, high vacuum, and other conditions, it is the best alternative of normal rubber under particular circumstances.In this paper, the manufacturing technology of metal-rubber damping elements is explored. The relationships among metal-wire diameter, relative density and energy dissipation ability have been got. The metal rubber character in different structure parameter has been researched. To analyze the characters of metal rubber's inner structure, a mathematic model including viscous damping and bilinear hysteresis damping model is established to depict the mathematic model of nonlinear resilience of metal rubber. The corresponding kinematic differential equation is set up and the energy integral method and least-squares procedure are applied to recognize the unknown parameters. By the help of programming and simulation, the numerical solution is obtained. In addition to, dynamic character of AAW-400 metal rubber has been analyzed through theatrical method. We simulate conditions of many outside forces in the process of research and analysis the dynamic curves, it shows that metal rubber isolation has the character of damping and it adapts to work in the condition of low-frequency, the bigger outside force, the bigger its transmogrification and more obvious the damping character, so the isolation has better damping effect. |
