In recent years, automobile quantity has had the wide increase in the homeland, this has brought stout motive force for the country, embodied in economy especially. Economy has developed , being able to keep this or not, which is the country leader must think and face , this has also been the human being's problem. Owing to consider about the sustainable development,the impact of automobile on environment is regarded highly by government departments gradually, the detecting about every pertinent aspects of automobile has been more strict and ordered. The checking of automobile tail gas and durable experiment of device for contaminating control are important contents of the automobile relevant detectings ,it is also relevant to environmental protection. for China that owning gigantic automobile quantity , the automobile tail gas discharge detecting and the durable experiment is comparatively a gigantic project. The time of the discharge detecting and durable experiment is so long and which have high repetition times,Therefore automation driving robot used in motor vehicle detecting and durable experiment has appeared and developped. The content of the thesis is that according to the experiment demands of the automobile tail gas discharge detecting and durable experiment for contaminating control device, design a automation driving robot being applied or used universally relatively. The driving robot include three aspects :the organization of driving robot,the hardware of control system,software.The thesis have first simplely introduced relevant condition of robot. said any condition about automobile, The standard of checking of automobile tail gas discharge in the nation and abroad, the detecting method in general and the durable experiment specifically for device for contaminating control etc. Take this as basis obtained the significance of developing automation drive robot that applied in the detecting of automobile tail gas discharge and durable experiment for contaminating control device. And make a brief introduction about the robot and applying condition in the homeland and abroad.The design of organization has three aspects, the first part is shift manipulator, second is a driving robot pedestal, the third are machinery legs such as accelerator, skid and clutch.The platform of design is UG Firstly in the thesis introduces the process of building the model of gear that of the driving robot in UG. And has carried out detailed explanation on the model in UG. of the whole and parts of driving robot.Hardware system in this driving robot include industrial control computer, PCL-839 +, step motor control card, PCI-1784 coder and counter card , step motor, encoder etc. The thesis makes the introduction of hardware of the control system,It has made concrete introduction comparatively about the principle , function and the connection of hardware. Give the relationships between axes of PCL-839 +, PCI-1784 and step motor ,encoder of each manipulator and machinery legs, and give the linkage of the hardware of the driving robot.The software has three parts: the part of parameters entering ,the part of parameters browsing , the implementation part of driving robot. Parameters entering are used for receive the location parameters of the automobile gear lever,the accelerator, skid ,clutch and the motion time and speed. The thesis has made a concrete introduction of the interface of the software and the important function of the software ,made the necessary explanation for the important and relatively complicated parts.
