With the development of automobile manufacture, the need of glass frame riser motor rises. Users are asking more for reliability comfortableness and maneuverability of glass frame riser motor. The motor enterprise needs to enhance the overall performance of the product to satisfy the user's demand. The simple assembly line can not adapt to the modernized production request, and it needs a new intelligent test assembly line.Nowadays NINGBO HENGTE Automobile parts limited company's motor output is eight hundred thousand every year, which doesn't satisfy domestic and overseas need。In order to improve the production's output and general capability , and debase the cost, we must seek a automatically checking and assembly line to adapt volume-produce. Aptitude checking and assembly line is extensively used in foreign micro motor industry, which is less in our country; but with the further improvement of modern industrial scale, the aptitude checking and assembly line will be more and more extensively applied in micro motor industry.The thesis designs a suit of pipelining program integrated the detection and assemblage, which is in accordance with industry standards QC/T636-2000 and aims at the motor used in NINGBO HENGTE Automobile Parts Co .Ltd and can be used to improve the quality of detection, precision assembly, production efficiency and rate of qualified products. The design solves the company's difficulty in competition.The author mostly do the following research work:Firstly the thesis researches the structural features and performance parameters of HT400 Series Motor, analyses the measurement requirements about four work location, confirms the style of pipelining program bed, and designs air pathway according to the structure of the test-bed.Secondly according to the difference of the structure of measured object and the measure standard the thesis selects the sensor, arrester and cylinder, and partly designs the jigs of each testing beds and sensor. The difficulty of each test-bed is different .The measuring object of the first work location test-bed is the motor's rotor; considering the difference of empty load and holding several load operating condition the thesis designs two suits of institution aimed at the speed measurement; the design of vibration sensor moving equipment in the thirdly work location test-bed is excellent, which is not only convenient for handling ,but also assures the measurement precision; in design of the fourth work location test-bed the clutch is added in order to ensure the measurement precision in the empty load condition.Aside considering the difference of structure and measurement requirement aimed at every test-bed, the structure of each sensor's jig, the design is different, which also is the emphases and difficulty of the thesis.Lastly the thesis particularizes the real measurement data of several parameters, which proves the rationality of the design of the test-bed.
