Contaminant flashover is one of the threatening accidents ,which endanger the Power System Safety. How to prevent contaminant flashover is being researched in all over the world. A research shows that leakage current is closely related to contaminant flashover prosess.So how to evaluate the stage of insulator,using the on-line leakage current ,is important for contaminant flashover prevention and outdoor insulator repair.Artificial pollution tests on three kinds of typical suspension insulator is introduced in this paper. The relationship between leakage current and contaminant stage, weather, on-line voltage, insulator shape and so on, is analyzed . A BP Artificial Neural Network(ANN) is used to establish the relationship beteen leakage curents with non-saturation humidity and leakage curents with saturation humidity.The ANN algorithm is progamed by C ++, and is validated through test data.On basis of this, an outdoor insulator equipment stage system is produced with VC++6.0. Through it, the outdoor insulator stage is evaluated and shown. A direction is given to prevent contaminant flashover alarm. |
