Water is the foundation of life and the vital of city. The Changchun city is one of the cities that seriously lack of freshwater. With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, the contradiction between water supply and demand has become more severe. In order to promote the foundation of water-saving type city and solve the problem of serious shortage of water resource. It is the inevitable option that we must adjust water strategy pat, change traditional concept of exploitation of water resource, and open source in various ways to deal with the shortage of water resource, social great demand for water and serious pollution of water environment in Changchun.In this paper, on the basis of researching lots of literatures at home and abroad, aiming at the pinch of water resource in northeast China, especially precipitation distribution and water resource in severe cold area, the author chooses Changchun as planning area to study on utilization of rainwater resource, and then some suggestions of exploitation and relevant planning are raised by means of collecting relevant basic date, analyzing total precipitation and utilization, demonstrating the feasibility of rainwater utilization. Some principal results and conclusions are obtained as following:(1) After analyzing and comparing present situation of rainwater utilization at home and abroad, we know that it is an important approach to realize sustainable development of water resource by using rainwater. It has widely social, environmental an? ecological benefits. Compared with water transfer project and sewage reuse, rainwater utilization has more economic advantage and unignored value in use.(2) Combining the concrete condition of configuration and land feature, climate factor, present situation of water resource and sewage recycling, the author made systematic analysis of the evolution of rainfall, distribution law, annual distribution, annual variation, future trend and quality of rainfall. The necessity and feasibility of sustainable utilization of rainwater resource are discussed. It shows that utilization of rainwater is more economic and feasible than sewage reuse.(3) By means of calculation, it could be obtained that the total amount of annual average rainfall could be recovered and used in Changchun'central districts. The rainwater exploration potential is analyzed. The classification of rainwater utilization is divided. Consequently, it is determined that the approach and technics of rainwater utilization should be applied in northern cities. (4) On the basis of considering current situation of Changchun, functional area planning of rainwater utilization is establish referring to the overall urban planning of Changchun. The different models of rainwater utilization are put forward according to relevant functional area. And a simple project planning is proposed about rainwater utilization.This paper will possess guiding significance in using rainwater reasonably and efficiently, in addition, it will availably solve the problem that utilization of city water resource conflicts with sustainable development of city. |
