At present China is in a period of rapid economic development, the cause of unusual prosperity. In particular the construction industry, due to the urbanization process is accelerating, the scale of construction increased year by year. The industry has gradually become another pillar industry of the national economy, and occupied an important position in national economic construction. But at the same time China's construction industry is second only to the mining industry the most dangerous industries in all industrial sectors. What kind of management models and methods to adopt can more effectively carry out the construction safety management, reduce the accident rate, and then protect the life and property safety of the people and country, which is a key starting point of construction safety management.China's safety management is now focused on achieving the shift "from the treatment after the accident to accident early prediction and prevention, from qualitative to quantitative management, from traditional to modern scientific management". And the establishment of Construction safety early-warning system can realize in foll the safety management of this crucial change.This thesis summarized the theoretical knowledge, modern system theory, early-warning theory of construction management, and researched the subject on construction safety early-warning mechanism based on construction safety for the study. First of all, the thesis use ergonomic hazards identification models for reference to identify the dangerous source in construction, and adopt the LEC method of risk assessment to determine risk rating of the hazards. Secondly, in conjunction with the hazards of identification results, AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to assess the safety situation of the construction site. And then this paper designed the function model, the structural model, the process model of construction safety early-warning systems. Meanwhile, construction companies can make use of advanced technology, introduce the real-time monitoring equipment to understand and control the construction site of the situation at any time, in order to detect potentially dangerous sources. Make contingency plans and prevention measures according to identified construction hazards; give the alarm promptly before the accident, in order to take timely measures to further improve the creation of a construction site safety early-warning system. This study is of important significance with China's construction safety management; its research results have a certain theoretical guidance and practical value to enhance the country's construction safety management level.
