In the construction project, security management is essential, the constructionproject safety management in our country faces many challenges. The purpose of this paper is to predict the risk of possibleaccidents which caused by construction projects, building safety warning modelmanagement and early warning indicator system, built a relatively completeconstruction projects early warning system, make the safety evaluation for constructionprojects, and take countermeasures. Help construction enterprises prevent accidents thatmay occur, guide the construction business daily security management, improveconstruction safety management early warning mechanism. Make the wholeconstruction industry developed healthy and orderly, and ultimately realize the goal ofzero harm.The author put the research gate forward, mainly against the problem about earlywarning system and the early warning mechanism is not perfect. This paper researchedthe pre-control accidents specialized, so it has a very important theoretical significance.This paper aims to complete the safety management of early warning system, andperfectly and efficiently controlled the accidents, so this research has a good prospect inour country.
