Since the entry into the 21st Century,with the development of large-scale construction of highway in China,more and more highways have been constructed in mountainous areas.The cement concrete bridge has increased more and more.Natural environment and traffic load become more complicated.The durability of bridge deck pavement was drawing increasingly greater attention.It was a common knowingand certainty that waterproof and cohesive layer must be put in bridge pavement structure.Rubber asphalt was quite good in high temperature stability、anti-aging properties、fatigue resistance and resisting the destruction of water.Generally moisture damage of cement concrete bridge was serious without waterproof and cohesive layer.Meanwhile,when the vehicle was in quick start-up or emergency braking.Slippage disease of asphalt concrete pavement usually happened in waterproof layer.Issues mentioned above could be settled by asphalt macadam.Thus,asphalt macadam was usually used as waterproof and cohesive layer for cement concrete bridgeIn this paper,waterproof and cohesive layer called rubber asphalt macadam was presented.By a vast amount of laboratory test,such as impermeability test、interlayer shear strength test in waterproof and cohesive layer and anti-construction performance of waterproofing material,design criteria which was suitable for water-proofing layer on cement concrete bridge deck of Liaoning province was put forward.Scientific basis for introducing the rubber asphalt into surface of cement concrete bridge deck was provided.In addition,the interlaminar shear stress of waterproof layer was chosen as calculation index.The mechanical characteristics of waterproofing adhesive layer of rubber asphalt used in concrete bridge deck spreading was analyzed by using the finite element method.Influence of material parameters and geometric parameters of calculation model on calculation index was researched.Rubber asphalt was applied to entitative engineering.The effect of rubber asphalt was appraised.It was necessary to proceed from the construction method of rubber asphalt and raise the construction workmanship level in the project construction by using existing research results of other countries and guideline for reference.The application of the measures mentioned above is of great significance for promoting of rubber asphalt in Liaoning province. |
