Plant maintenance is a central and critical aspect of control in business success,and the reliability of plant maintenance is an essential aspect of the modernization production. The simulation research on the reliability of plant maintenance could avoid the risk of great investing. This thesis applies the simulation technique in the reliability research of plant maintenance, and realized the optimization of plant maintenance by the models of 2#polymerization device overhauling and the 5000H device continuous producing in some petrochemical industry .The plant overhauling is a mode of plant maintenance, and too long overhauling may make the production delayed. So it is important to make sure the overhauling to be accomplished in stated time. Consequently, a generalized random Petri Net Process model of 2#polymerization device is set up, which realizes long-term simulation of plant maintenance process on the Artifex tool platform. Its result fulfills the reliability evaluation and maintenance optimizing,and the actual maintenance practice in the industry validated the reliability and validity of the maintenance plan.The reliability of continuous producing is an essential aspect of plant maintenance in modernization production. Aiming at the reliability of continuous producing, the model of 5000H device continuous producing is set up and the simulation is fulfilled on the Flexsim tool platform, which is used for the simulation of production workflow. And the reliability was reached by improving the model.
