Research On Evaluating Network Planning Of Urban Track Traffic

Urban rapid transit network system plays an important role in our ground transportation system with the development of society. However, planning and evaluating network of track traffic can be impacted by many of indispensable elements. It is necessary to be integrated in existed other traffic system and to meet demand of city's sustainable development strategy. How to evaluate scientifically is the key point for urban transit network programming, as well as troubles for decision-makers. An integrated evaluating method is put forward and discussed in the paper.Based on the research results, summary and analysis of urban rail transit network planning of the basic theory, and integration domestic and foreign comparison of urban rail transit network evaluation index, depending on the actual situation and evaluation of selected indicators of the principle, this paper has been established 13 new indicators in evaluation system. These new indicators include the shape and the coordination of structural adjustment, urban land use and development of coordination, and external transport facilities layout of the coordination, and the urban environment and outlook of the coordination of the track network coverage, the main distribution points of connectivity, passenger traffic, residents bus travel time savings, line of the load strength, not-balanced cross section flow coefficient, the flexibility of operating organization, the reasonableness of phased construction and engineering feasibility of the implementation.As to the evaluation methods, we select the method of fuzzy level analyzing to solve index weight. And give a detail steps to use maximum relating gray method on a comprehensive evaluation. Finally, rail transit network of Guiyang city planning as an example, this method of testing, have achieved good results, which show that the method of drawing the important significance and value.
