| As a new type of structure based on steel structure and reinforced concrete structure, composite structure possesses the advantages of both and shows great promise. Research on optimization design for cross-section and composition of materials of composite members will contribute to good economic returns and wide application of composite structures.In this thesis, according to current standards and theories, optimization designs for simply supported steel-concrete composite beam, concrete filled steel tubular column and steel reinforced concrete pillar are introduced. Aiming to get the minimum cost for members, mathematical models are developed. The complex method is adopted as the algorithm and the computer program is made with Matlab language. The validity and potential of the proposed approaches are demonstrated, and some rules and suggestions are given for further research. |
