The Application Of The Built-in Controller Of The Intelligence Diesel Generator

Based on adequate investigation to the online monitoring and controlling systems and deep analysis of various construction modes of them, this thesis establishes a platform for online monitoring and controlling large-scale mechanical and electronic equipments. It takes Intelligence diesel generator set as an example and realizes the remote online monitoring of Intelligence diesel generator set. It improves the work efficiency of them. Moreover, it reduces the management cost and enhances the stability and reliability of the whole system.This thesis takes detailed emphases on embedded TCP/IP technology based on Industry ether net, also has a research on network communication,serial communication and database accessing under Windows OS. After analyzing the requirements of the remote monitoring and controlling system for Intelligence diesel generator set, this thesis puts forward a solution based on embedded TCP/IP. In this thesis it describes design and realization thoughts of all parts of the system in detail.The thesis research and design online monitoring and controlling system based on embedded TCP/IP. This kind of single chip monitoring and controlling could satisfy whole monitoring system. And it never is trouble to form the monitor system of ether net because of it's cheaper cost and smaller size. The existing foreign and domestic state for the automatic controlling of diesel generator set is function modularization. To improve the automatic modularization and communication function is the development trend for the automatic controlling of diesel generator set. The intensive integration of modularization function and operational flexibility will make the automatic controlling system more perfect.This thesis has the realized meanings for diesel generator sets' monitoring. What's more, it has important effects on advancing the informationization of small and medium-sized enterprises.
