Radiant floor heating with low temperature water is an excellent heating mode. Not onlyIt have much excellence, For example, comfort,good stability of heat,saving room space andso on, but also it can save energy 30% than traditional radiator heating. It is used in all of theword. The heat transfer computation of floor construction is the basis of system designing ,function and management. Many researchers study about this. But most of them think that allof walls surface can be equivalent to one surface and use the close model of two surfaces tocompute radiation heat transfer of floor board surface. This model isn't rational for room withan outside wall;For convection heat transfer many researchers use the method of naturalconvection in infinite space of hot surface toward above, but this method only apply to therandom dimension room. Many researchers do not consider the heat loss of the undersidesurface of the floor construction, but in fact the underside surface of the floor constructiontransfers the heat to the lower room. Thus it can be seen, we must research and analyze theheat transfer of floor heating in depth so that computation model can accord with the fact andoffer the exact academic gist for the designing,function and management. The paper has fouraspects content as follows:1,This paper establishes the planar steady mathematics model of floor construction. Thismodel consider the radiation heat transfer of the hexahedron close room,natural convection ininfinite space and the heat loss of the underside surface of the floor construction and comparewith the other two traditional models.2,It disperses the mathematics model with the limited difference and programs the simulationcomputation with Visual Basic.3,It establishes testing scheme of floor heating room temperature and lays 74 thermocouplepoints who tests floor surface temperature,inside wall temperature and air temperature ofheating room, and analyzes the testing results. Computation results compare with the Testingresults. The results indicate that relative error of model is less than 10%. The heat loss offloor board construction undersurface is 9.46 percents of total heat of floor, so we should notdeal with the floor underside surface as adiabatic boundary.4,This paper establishes the three-dimensional physics and mathematics model of room airtemperature and compute air temperature field of room with Fluent software, then analyze theresults.Test and academic calculation of this paper can supply academic reference and scientificgist for the designing and function. This paper has definite learned and applied importance.
