| It is indispensable for the effective and necessary maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and extend its service life, the development and popularization of technologies related to fault diagnosis, state monitoring provide condition-based maintenance the foundation in implement. The reactor coolant pump is the only high-speed operation in the reactor coolant system, and very powerful precision equipment. Being the main power source of reactor coolant circulation, it is the heart of reactor. So it is very important to ensure its safety and reliable operation. After analyzing the existing problems of current condition-based maintenance, the paper presented an optimization comprehensive maintenance strategy of nuclear power equipment integrated with corrective maintenance, regular maintenance and condition-based maintenance based on the analysis of RCM aimed at the reactor coolant pump. The selection of equipment maintenance mode, monitoring parameters, operation state evaluation method and regular maintenance cycle, the condition-based maintenance detecting cycle were studied in this paper. In the state evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation model based on variable weight and fuzzy theory is established, which solves the shortcoming of ignoring parameters balanced in the state evaluation in using of fixed weight. In determination of the maintenance cycle, in view of the characteristics of nuclear power equipment, considering all the costs associated maintenance and the equipment fault, the effect of inherent fault rate because of maintenance and the equipment fault, the regular maintenance cycle model and the condition-based maintenance detecting cycle model were established. In the end, combining the relevant parameters and operating requirements of the reactor coolant pump, the program was achieved using Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000 database on the basis of analyzing the fault mechanism. Reactor coolant pump state evaluation and maintenance information systems was developed which can carry out online evaluation of the reactor coolant pump and maintenance cycle calculation and information inquiry. |
