Research On Evolution Mechanism And Planning Strategy Of Mid City-and-Town Concentrated Area

City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA) will be the main regional appearance of urbanization in 21st century China. As the process accelerating of urbanization, City-and-town Concentrated Area reveals the gathering and leading function in developing regional economy, stimulating technology creation and enhancing regional competition advantage.In the"15th"plan, it clearly puts forward that: it will lead the City-and-town Concentrated Area developing orderly. The City-and-town Concentrated Area will optimize layout, strength industry division, improve the relationship of economy, and elaborate the leading function in process of urbanization fatherly. Middle CCA that is the area of small town gathered and related, city developed, will be the key point of next stage economy and society development in China. How to realize the rapid development of city and region though by space coordinate, is the question that planner and manage have to think and solve.The paper studies on Mid City-and-town Concentrated Area, one type of CCA. By analyzing the developing and changing rule of this type, it finds out the influence factors, aiming at the problem in developing and corresponding planning strategy. The author thinks the availability ways to solve the space problem of middle CCA is through by organizing space in reason, weaving the sub-area rule, founding regional coordinate mechanism and advancing function of town .As the Guangdong province Dongguan city the example, the paper gives the research of the planning strategy of Dongguan CCA from spatial form and regional harmony.
