| At present, With China's rapid development in the urbanization process and the increasing urban density of buildings, urban environmental issues has become increasingly prominent. In order to ease pressure of people's staying away from the natural, embody humanity in harmony with nature, embody modern values, aesthetics and interesting, and protect and improve the city's ecological environment, urban streets public green space has been pattern emerged. urban streets public green space with the emergence of some of the problems have also become increasingly evident, the most typical problem is the lack of elderly, the disabled, children, adolescents, and other special populations such different places and psychological needs of the environment so that the present situation of urban public space in the environment, manifestation of human-centric issue is single and weak.This paper mainly focuses on the study to the public streets in Hefei. After comprehensive investigating and analysis of the needs of the different groups such as elderly, the disabled, children and adolescents, and other special crowd, environmental landscape design of public space in the basic design of the status quo is mastered. Based on "City of a total of Space Planning and Design Standards "and the government relating to the special population of the public space design guidelines, such crowd-oriented research for the space environment and the special needs of the environment with the surrounding architecture coordination, harmonization and use it to guide the planning of urban public space science, so that it gives the health and human nature, health and further resolved between users and users of both special relevance, more contradictory nature of the problem and methods.
