The quality of concrete is an important factor that influences the reliability of concrete structures, considering that there have been some grave construction engineering accidents caused by the question of concrete quality during constructions in recent years. Therefore, it has very important practical meaning and far-reaching economical meaning to research the control of concrete construction quality, analyze the main factors influencing the quality of concrete and discuss the method of ensuring its quality.According to current productive power and economic development condition, the technological methods we have in concrete construction and accumulated experience in concrete quality control both of at home and abroad, after serious integrated analysis, we find that it needs to improve the quality of concrete by reinforcing its preliminary control, production control and qualified control.The quality control of concrete generally includes three phases: preliminary control, production control and qualified control. Preliminary control is also called prophase control, which means choose primary material of concrete properly according to intensity and other performance required by design requirement of engineering, and reinforce quality examination of unitized materials of concrete according to current quality norm of our country. The mating ratio of concrete is designed, spline fitted and adjusted according to"Design Regulation of Mating Ratio of Plain Concrete"(JGJ55-2000) and"Construction and Check Regulation of Concrete Structural Engineering". Then construction mating ratio that can be provided for concrete construction is defined, and scientific and rational adjustment method is made. Construction control is the control of a series technology processes such as concrete batching, mix, transportation, pour, curing and so on. Optimizing production technology parameters of concrete, and the performances of mix material during the production process are examined all the time. Besides, deviations during concrete production process are corrected in order to guarantee the stability of concrete quality. Qualified control means examining the intensity and defect of fashioned concrete structures and components, and then inflect quality indexes such as intensity and other performances. And assessment or examine them according to examined data and coherent quality examine standard of our country.Quality examination of concrete is key technology segment of concrete qualified control. The important point in concrete quality examine is to exam concrete intensity and internal defects. Now applied in examination of concrete quality both at home and abroad is mainly non-destructive examine technology. Because non-destructive examine technology has features such as simple test operation, low test cost and not destructing structures and components, it has made break-through development in this area in recent years. Besides, new technologies, new methods and new regulations are being established, which fully show the superiority of non-destructive examine technology in concrete quality examination. In the process of concrete examination, we should use different examination methods according to features and technology requirements of different concrete engineering. Rebound method and ultrasonic rebound synthesis method should be applied in building concrete engineering projects; drill core rebound synthesis method can be applied in overlong age concrete; ultrasonic methods can be applied in defect examination of concrete. In order to reflect entire quality of concrete engineering more fully and exactly, arranging examination points properly according to features and examination requirement of different structures and components is very important in assuring accuracy of examination data.Based on deeply analyzing the features of the structure and component, associating actual engineering, the principle and method of the controlled lines and points in the concrete quality examination has been put forward, which has guiding significance to the concrete quality examination.
