Concrete structure with high strength, high stiffness, material sources, durability and other characteristics, so it is widely used. However, due to it by the construction of the environment, construction technology, construction machinery, materials,personnel, and operating behavior and other factors influence greatly and is prone to cracking of concrete, steel bar protection layer thickness is not enough, the concrete strength is not enough, the quality defects. When the concrete quality defect is not serious, it can easily lead to decreased durability of the structure. When the quality of concrete in severe defects that may affect the carrying capacity of the concrete structure, increasing the deflection structure, intensified crack formation and development. Safety performance of buildings will have an impact, even a threat to the safety of life and property of the people. Therefore, the study of concrete quality defects affecting the safety significance of major buildings.Firstly, the common causes of three concrete quality defects, and the impact on the building were analyzed theoretically. This article focuses on the concrete strength is not enough to the bearing capacity of the structural member. In this paper, the basic model is established by using the PMCAD module in the structure design software PKPM. By SATWE modules were calculated structures bear different floor live load and is in different seismic intensity, section force member structure. Finally, the basic concrete members GJ computing modules for different kinds of working conditions,different concrete strength decreased when the amplitude of the column, bearing capacity of beam, board member calculated. By analyzing the results of the calculation, the results of the concrete strength is not enough carrying capacity of the member, and the degree of impact safety performance of structures, building structures may need reinforcement to provide a theoretical basis. |
