| On the background of the scientific research items about long-span concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge: the Wu Gorge Yangtze River Bridge (a 460m span, will be the longest span CFST arch bridge in the world), which is still under construction, this paper is concentrated on the construction method of cable erection with diagonal fastening and connecting, and the integrated construction technology of cable erection bent tower fastening.By analyzing the strength and stability of fastening tower with assembly erection tower attaching in the process of its installation and the arch ribs'installation and the static analysis of cable erection tower, the paper confirms that this construction method is safe and reasonable.This paper studies the application of dynamic adjusting cables and controlling with pre-evaluated height. In order to solve the problem of the times and methodological restrict of adjusting cables force and accurately calculating the magnitude of pre-evaluated height, the paper introduces the optimization theory and method into the calculation of erecting arch ribs in the integrated construction technology of dynamic adjusting cables and controlling with pre-evaluated height. The first order optimization method is used to determine the rational construction state of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge. The cables force and prearranged height of arch ribs during construction are obtained, and the actual construction process of arch ribs installation is simulated. |
