The amount of waste plastics in MSW is increasing day by day. Separation and reclamation of plastics are imperative under the situation. In this thesis the MSW plastics separation technology and equipment were researched, especially on the air classifier and filtration in the initial separation phase. One shape of bellows and one new-style filtration and transportation equipment were developed creatively.Firstly using the computational field dynamics (CFD) and software-fluent, the original flow field of the bellows was analyzed, the main reason that put out the anomalistic movement of light waste within the bellows and near output was found out. Two kinds of bellow were put forward, and separately simulated and analyzed. Finally the slantwise cover bellow was confirmed as the optimal structure. It could improve the wind-separation and movement.Basing on the output's velocity, researched on the filtration and transportation equipment, and confirmed the design objective of filtration and transportation mechanism. On the condition that, all scheme were selected detailly, and the quick-return crank and rocker mechanism was confirmed as the main framework of vibration filtration and transportation equipment.The kinematic optimizing mathematical model of vibration filtration and transportation equipment was established. The objective, restrictive function and design variable were anatomized. And a single-objective optimization mathematics model is also built, Structure parameters of relative components are confirmed by using MATLAB and its Optimization Toolbox.Using Virtual Prototype Technology, physical models was built for this equipment and the simulation was carried out, the sieve's vertex displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration kinematic analyzing curve were obtained. This vibration filtration and transportation mechanism adopts parametric modeling by which sieve's rotation-articulated point and crank fixing point parameters were redetermined, and dynamical optimization design of sieve's angular velocity and angular acceleration were realized, improving the filtration and transportation much more than before.For the light material's movement were inconsistent on the linear sieve, and chuck intensity was inconsistent either, the sieve shape was improved, creatively put forward the curvilinear shape with a certain radian in order to avoid reducing the filtration and transportation on the whole sieve. Through analysis and validation on the shape, the equipment's filtration and transportation were improved greatly.This research is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China; it is a part of the items (50575130).
