The design of system structure, the study of computer simulation and the design and analysis of the reliability of the elevator has been accomplished on this paper.The systemic and structural design of the gas generator of the cosmonaut's tablet chair is designed according to technical target. According to the need of design, the design is finished on three aspects: the select of the structural form, the material of crust and propellant. The primary parameters and the mass of grain is calculated, and the structural design is completed.Physical and mathematical model is established, which can be used to solve the flow of the gas generator and elevator. The combustion and flow of the machine and its movement has been simulated with numerical simulations, the result of which can be used to supervise the structural design of the machine. The internal flow is also simulated with CFD. Heat exchange of the crust is analyzed; the loss of energy is calculated. Some suggestions are put forward to the optimizing capability of the gas generator.The design and assign of the gas generator's reliability has been presented. And the reliability of gas generator has been analyzed.
