| In the wooden structure design and reliability analysis, generally it's difficult to get the results directly, for the structure's complexity and particular material. Using computer simulation, develop analytical procedures and systems for typical wood components through Monte Carlo method, combine the finite element analysis and the theory of reliability, can work out the reliability of structure effectively, and failure probability is one of the reliability indicators. This paper describes the structure of the reliability of studying history and reliability of the typical wooden structure designed, on this basis outlined a typical wood structure the development of reliability design history and current situation. The reliability of the commonly used methods (Monte Carlo, a second-order moment, and random response surface of the finite element method, etc.) was compared. According to the wooden structure of the actual situation, select the components of the typical wooden I-beam as a study, use of Monte Carlo algorithm, to prepare reliability analysis procedures, and generate human-computer interface, by entering the appropriate random parameters, by the failure probability of wood components, such as reliability, and a typical wood component reliability analysis. To verify the use of Monte Carlo method typical wood components of the feasibility of reliability, based on random finite element analysis of the reliability of thinking, application of common finite element engineering software ANSYS, through APDL secondary development language for the preparation of a typical wood Component I-beam analysis of the reliability of procedures, calculation shows that the use of Monte Carlo and random finite element method is consistent with the results. Finally, consider that the conditions of laboratory, prepared 10 wooden I-beam test samples , the bending test results showed that use Monte Carlo method wood to do structural reliability analysis is feasible. |
