With the domestic large-scale investment and construction projects quickly, integrallifting project increasingly popular, which directly led to overall hoisting crane liftingcapacity, operating range and the operating height requirements grow of crane. Crawlercranes have been rapid and efficient development. Lifting capacity and operating range andoperating altitude of whole machine, were the main bearing member Crawler Cranes-latticeboom determined, Mechanical properties has a direct effect on safe use whole machine, on thewhole structure plays an important role. As the crane in the production of an importantposition lives, operational reliability of boom structure relative to other structures wasparticularly important.The boom reliability analysis be carried out effectively avoid itsoperatins safety accidents, improve labor productivity.With certain type of Crawler cranes lattice boom for the object, first through researchand analysis determined the calculation method and establishment of computationalmodel.Based on "GB/T3811-2008crane design specifications", Identified the load cases andload combinations, adopt allowable stresses method for strength, stiffness, stabilitycalculations,and check the calculated results with meet the requirements. Followed, moderndesign method of the finite element method was used for large deformation, nonlinearsimulation problems checking of lattice boom; Combined with the actual working conditions,take advantage of mature commercial software Workbench for geometrically nonlinear forcedeformation analysis of lattice boom in this topic. Various external excitation of vibration onoperation of boom great impact,Modal analysis and buckling analysis In order to avoid thesemotivational factors causing resonance of boom in operations,Calculate the naturalfrequencies and the critical buckling stress, Design improvements to provide technical support.Finally, Monte Carlo method of stochastic finite element was adopted for reliability analysis,the fixed operation conditions reliability based on static analysis.In summary, it is modern design methods specific application in the crane, conductedin finite element analysis and reliability studies for lattice boom main boom of crawlercranes, and have great significance to operation security and economy to boom structure andhave a certain practical value.
