| Medical building is an ancient type of architecture, which develops along with the development of medical technology and medical mode. On one hand, With the social and economic development and the rapid urbanization process, high technical facilities used in the medical fields alleviate the suffering of the patients, so that to extend their life or to rehabilitate whom could not be cured in the past. But at the some time, it has brought the loss of human nature in medicine, the deteriorating environment and the pressure from living and working led to many new psychological and mental diseases, which caused people to have a new understanding on health and environment. Further more the aged tendency of population needs more medical services and better Convalescence environment. On the other hand, with the evolvement of the medical mode from the original bedside medicine to the biology~psychology~society medical mode, "Patient-centered"and Medical Humanities were enhanced. Therefore all the phenomena improves that medical environment has became the important factor of the medical evaluation, of which the physical environment creates a dominant. The physical environment has a direct bearing on the merits of the medical environment. In particular the commercialization times, the medium and small medical buildings needs better physical environment. Based on the interrelated theories and disciplines, this paper focus on the study of the elements constituting the physical medical environment, discuss the holistic design theory and methods of the ecological gardenly external environment and friendly internal environment. And through the large number of outstanding examples of the demonstration involved to further improve and enhance the feasibility of theories and methods.The paper is divided into six chapters: in the first chapter Introduction briefly discusses the background, the concept, the scope, the significance and the Content frame of the topic. The second chapter mainly talks about the experience through the cognitive development of environment and the Comparative Study between domestic and abroad. The third chapter explains the basis of relevant theories that provide a theoretical basis. The fourth chapter focuses on the design of green, facade image and landscape elements. The sound, light and heat environment which are formed by them influence people's mental and physiology. The fifth chapter studies the design of the light, the color of material, the temperature and humidity, the green and seats in internal physical environment and its impacts on people's mental and physiology. The sixth chapter unscrambles the outstanding examples of domestic and foreign. Finally, the last part summarizes the whole paper ,analysis the bad side and proposes the Prospect. |
