| The public transport has become a fundamental measure to solve the problem of urban transport. In the public transport system, urban rail transit occupies a leading position of urban passenger transit for its advantages in large capacity, high speed, timely and efficient. And the operation of urban rail transit will certainly have a strong impact on the conventional bus lines. Therefore, adjusting the layout of conventional bus line networks for urban rail transit has now become the objective needs of urban development. Bus line networks adjustment for urban rail transit is studied from the aspects below:1. Studies on domestic and international conventional bus line networks optimization, the coordination of conventional bus and rail transit are summarized.2. The constitution of urban public transit network is annalyed. Then the technique and economy characters and the functional locations of conventional bus and urban rail transit are analyzed and compared. Further more; the principle and basic theory of conventional bus line networks adjusting are analyzed.3. The conventional bus sites adjustment for urban rail transit is discussed. After adjusting the passengers' traveling O-D Matrix, the origin-destination sites for bus-route are determined according to passenger flow volume. Then through establishing an optimal stop-spacing model of minimizing the total travel time of passengers, the stop spacing of bus and urban rail transit is determined.4. On the basis of adjusting origin-destination site for bus-route, the adjustment and optimization of conventional bus line networks are annalyed. The medol and algorithm of optimizing feeder bus neworks are studied, and the improved genetic algorithm combined with simulated annealing algorithm is applied in the optimization of feeder bus network.Finally, through a case study of Beijing Metro Line 5, the joining of conventional bus with urban rail transit is analysed, and the corresponding adjustments of the conventional bus sites and lines are proposed. |
